Milkor was invited by the SANDF to exhibit alongside them at the KKNK (Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees) this past week in Oudtshoorn, South Africa to showcase South Africa's culture and history. After the positive responses and enquires at AAD 2012, Milkor proceeded with live fire tests on the Gyrocopter MGL mount. The Milkor 40 mm belt-fed weapon prototype was mounted onto the side of a Xenon gyrocopter from Wagtail Military. All tests were executed with ease with the recoil from the MGL being hardly noticeable and in no way affecting the Gyrocopter's handling.
Milkor would like to thank all those who visited our exhibit at the 2012 AAD (Africa Aerospace and Defence) exhibition held at Waterkloof Airforce Base, Tshwane, South Africa on the 19th to the 23rd September.
